TopTec 4500 E / 4500 D

The TopTec 4500 E / 4500 D has been especially developed for use in rotary kilns or on rough terrain. Many cement plants trust in this TopTec robot. High ground clearance of the undercarriage,
short nose and rear design, adjustable track width from 1,5m up to 1,95m and steel tracks (on request with rubber pads) enable driving on rough terrain.

The TopTec 4500 E / 4500 D is available with electric or diesel engines. The choice is provided by air-cooled Hatz diesel engines or water-cooled diesel engines from Kubota with a capacity of 35 to well over 70 kW. Four independent, three-axis adjustable support legs guarantee a stable and safe stand. The TopTec 4500 E / 4500 D carries tools up to 800 kg.

All TopTec robots come with cable- and radio-remote control. TopTec standards are also horn, FI-type earth-fault relay, headlights and load-holding valves for the extremely stable boom. On request, the TopTec 4500 can also be equipped with heat-resistant hoses, side-angling device, hydraulic track adjustment, steel tracks, LED floodlights, emergency systems etc.
